General Manager - OOH Media (Dubai)

About the role

A leading media business in the UAE is looking for an experienced OOH/DOOH professional to lead its transformation from a traditional out-of-home advertising business into a modern, digitally enabled media network. Reporting to the Chief Media Officer, the General Manager takes full ownership of business strategy, commercial performance, operations, digital transformation and the overall P&L, and leads the expansion of the media asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic transformation from traditional OOH to a digitally enabled DOOH network.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute business expansion strategies, including new assets and digital screen investments.
• Lead operational performance and improve business efficiency.
• Explore opportunities in programmatic DOOH, audience measurement and data-driven advertising.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, regulators and commercial partners.
• Oversee the business P&L to ensure sustainable growth and strong financial performance.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in OOH/DOOH media, ideally within a media owner organisation.
• Proven track record of business transformation, commercial growth and profitability.
• Experience in airport, transport, destination or large-scale outdoor advertising environments is highly advantageous.
