General Manager – Premium Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead BE BABEL, a modern Lebanese dining concept on Palm Jumeirah. The role requires operational leadership, guest‑experience focus and commercial acumen to drive the venue’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of BE BABEL, ensuring high standards across all departments.
• Maintain and improve service, quality, brand standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures and audits.
• Drive operational efficiency, identify process improvements and monitor market trends for growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience by engaging with guests, VIPs and handling feedback promptly.
• Take responsibility for commercial performance, monitoring sales, profitability, labour and food‑beverage costs and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team and wider staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role within premium Lebanese, Levantine or Middle‑Eastern concepts.
• Native‑level Arabic proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record in operational leadership, financial management and team development.
• Hands‑on, commercially driven mindset with ability to manage high‑volume, high‑profile service periods.
