General Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Riyadh business unit. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering strong financial results, and building lasting customer relationships across the aviation catering sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business unit’s P&L, ensuring targets are met and operational standards are upheld.
• Mentor and develop senior managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strategic customer partnerships, delivering exceptional service.
• Champion health, safety, security and GACA compliance throughout the operation.
• Identify and lead process‑improvement initiatives that advance the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing dynamic units in aviation food or manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record in P&L management and budget delivery.
• Experience ensuring compliance in heavily regulated settings.
• Ability to lead multi‑functional teams and drive accountability.
• Commercially savvy, customer‑focused and capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism.
