About the role

DPFM Clinic is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time options and a revenue‑share compensation model, allowing doctors to build and grow their patient base while enjoying professional autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and routine physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive healthcare, health screenings, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach, educational initiatives, and marketing activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a GP.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and patient relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
