General Practitioner

About the role

The General Practitioner will deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based primary care within Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital. The role requires strict adherence to ethical and professional standards set by the company and UAE regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical services to patients efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality‑management standards.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
• Diploma or training in a recognised speciality.
• Active, valid life‑support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 2–3 years of experience in a private hospital setting within the relevant department.
• Ability to support clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior staff.
