About the role

Dubai Medical University Hospital (DMUH) is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join its expanding clinical team in Dubai. The role is ideal for physicians passionate about delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within a collaborative, academically driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centered medical care.
• Identify complex or emergency cases and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and adhere to clinical best practices.

Required profile

• Valid DHA General Practitioner license or eligibility.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital or acute‑care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and patient management skills.
• Ability to recognize and appropriately escalate complex or emergency cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinical excellence.
• UAE healthcare experience is an added advantage.
