General Practitioner (Tagalog Speaker)

About the role

The Speciality Hospital Al Ain is looking for a General Practitioner who is fluent in Tagalog to provide high‑quality medical care to patients in hospital wards and outpatient clinics. The role involves independent clinical work under the guidance of senior internists and participation in preventive health programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and deliver general medical care to in‑patients and out‑patients.
• Admit patients requiring specialised investigations and treatment.
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with medical and non‑medical staff to ensure quality treatment.
• Promote health education and the IFHAS screening programme among eligible populations.
• Organise and participate in preventive medical programmes and periodic health checks for company executives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, JCI standards and hospital infection‑control policies.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Respond to patient complaints, provide timely feedback and maintain a positive client experience.
• Observe occupational safety and health procedures, including use of personal protective equipment and emergency protocols.

Required profile

• Fluency in Tagalog.
