Global Event Director

About the role

Huda Beauty is looking for a Global Event Director to define, lead and elevate its global events strategy, creating immersive, culturally resonant brand experiences that drive awareness, desirability and commercial impact. The role calls for a visionary experiential strategist with deep expertise in high-scale global events, strong operational leadership and a proven track record of delivering transformative brand moments across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own a comprehensive global events strategy and calendar, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Founder on flagship moments, product launches and major experiences
• Lead creative visioning for global shows, brand moments and immersive experiences
• Deliver end-to-end global and regional events, from concept and design through execution and post-event evaluation
• Oversee large-scale shows, influencer and VIP experiences, retail activations, pop-ups, masterclasses and launch events, ensuring brand aesthetics and a premium guest experience
• Manage external partners (agencies, creative studios, technical vendors, talent) and oversee logistics, staging, hospitality, accreditation and rehearsals
• Define event KPIs such as brand lift, attendance quality, guest satisfaction, content capture and ROI, and prepare post-event reports for senior leadership
• Own the global events budget, negotiate contracts and SOWs, and ensure legal, safety and compliance standards across regions
• Partner with regional event leads, mentor event talent and build an agile global experiential team

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• 8+ years of senior experience in global events, experiential marketing or brand experiences, ideally in beauty, luxury, fashion or lifestyle
• Proven track record delivering large-scale global events, shows, tours, pop-ups and immersive brand experiences
• Strong strategic vision, creative problem-solving and hands-on operational leadership
• High cultural awareness and commitment to sustainable, responsible event practices
• Multilingual abilities and global experience are a strong plus
