Global Human Resources Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Global Human Resources Director to lead the HR function from our Dubai headquarters. The role will shape people strategies that enable international growth, ensure operational excellence and maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions. As a trusted partner to the executive team, you will drive organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management and compensation on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, expansion and succession initiatives.
• Lead worldwide recruitment and employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Create competitive compensation and benefits structures, conduct salary benchmarking and oversee incentive plans.
• Standardize HR policies, SOPs and governance while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, employee records and reporting across all regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven track record in global HR transformation and organizational change.
• Strong business partnering skills with executive teams.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
