Global Power Services Sales Director

About the role

The GTS Global Power Services Sales Director drives worldwide growth of power generation service offerings, shaping market strategies and building high‑value service opportunities for data centre and onsite power applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for power generation services globally, translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
• Build and convert a robust pipeline of service opportunities across Baker Hughes gas turbine fleets, focusing on data centre and mission‑critical power projects.
• Partner with regional sales, key accounts and commercial operations to define deal strategy, pricing, risk assessment and value propositions.
• Develop market intelligence on power generation services, especially data‑centre trends, and define competitive strategies.
• Support handover from equipment sales to services, ensuring early lifecycle engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 10 + years of dedicated sales experience in power generation, renewable energy or oil & gas.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, lead projects and manage programmes.
