Global PR & Event Director

About the role

The Global PR & Event Director will shape Huda Beauty’s worldwide communications and event footprint, driving brand desirability and cultural relevance across all markets. Reporting to the VP of Communications, this senior leader will own the full lifecycle of public relations and flagship events, from strategic vision through execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive global PR strategy that enhances brand visibility, authority, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Maintain a unified brand voice and establish PR frameworks, processes, and best practices for global execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and senior leadership on brand narrative, positioning, and major announcements.
• Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with top‑tier media, editors, creators, and key opinion leaders worldwide.
• Lead disruptive, culturally relevant collaborations with media platforms and industry partners.
• Act as senior PR lead for global brand moments, product launches, and high‑impact initiatives.
• Design and oversee the end‑to‑end global events strategy, from concept creation to on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in global public relations and events, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑regional communications programs and high‑visibility events.
• Strong storytelling ability and expertise in shaping brand narratives for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with C‑level executives.
• Analytical mindset to measure performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
