Global Product Owner

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Global Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of wealth management offerings across the MENAT region and beyond. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver high‑value features that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and enhancement of wealth management products, covering execution‑only, advisory, and discretionary portfolios across equities, mutual funds, bonds, structured products, derivatives and other investment classes.
• Benchmark and implement best practices to ensure global competitiveness of product offerings.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, delivering the most valuable features to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT, design, solution architects and third‑party vendors to define requirements, API strategies and data‑exchange mechanisms.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on enhancements, assessing solutions and promoting efficient end‑to‑end processes.
• Gather feedback from key stakeholders to ensure the product meets customer needs and market demands.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementation and transformation, ensuring seamless integration with other applications and services.
• Identify manual touchpoints and work with engineering to automate critical business processes, reducing operational overhead and improving scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders in a large financial institution.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and investment classes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog.
• Experience driving end‑to‑end implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and gather requirements.
