Global Technical Product Owner – IT Engineering & AI Security

About the role

We are seeking a Global Technical Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven security and infrastructure solutions for a leading UAE financial institution. The role sits at the crossroads of software engineering and cybersecurity, combining strategic product ownership with hands‑on development of autonomous AI agents that protect and optimise the bank’s enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop autonomous AI agents and LLM‑based workflows for security operations and automated infrastructure management.
• Write clean, production‑grade code to embed AI frameworks into security patching, vulnerability remediation and continuous‑delivery pipelines.
• Define and maintain the product security roadmap, ensuring AI models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and agentic workflows are robust against adversarial attacks and fully observable.
• Own the product backlog, translate AI capabilities into engineering sprints and guide a dedicated squad of 8‑10 cybersecurity experts.
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to integrate solutions within the Azure ecosystem and comply with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive software engineering experience with a strong focus on hands‑on coding and system automation.
• Proven track record developing advanced AI/LLM solutions, including LangChain and autonomous agents.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise‑grade security patching, vulnerability management and infrastructure automation in regulated environments, preferably banking or fintech.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.
