About the role

CommIT Smart is hiring a Go Developer for a full-time remote position. You will collaborate with a team of experienced developers to build high-quality software, working through the whole application lifecycle from coding and debugging to deployment.

Key responsibilities

Write clean, scalable and efficient code based on specifications.
Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.
Verify and deploy programs and systems, troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing software.
Gather and evaluate user feedback to improve software performance.
Work closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
Stay up to date with new technologies and integrate them into your workflow.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

Go 1.20+ and Git and GitFlow.
JIRA, GitLab and GitLab CI.
Kubernetes and Docker.
