About the role

The Junior Academic and Golf Academy (JAGA) seeks a dedicated Golf Coach to lead its UAE golf program at the Al Ain Equestrian and Shooting Club. The role combines elite golf instruction with mentorship of junior student‑athletes, ensuring high performance and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive golf training programs and individual development plans.
• Conduct BELT tests and performance assessments to monitor player progress.
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard prospective student‑athletes.
• Supervise students during coaching sessions, tournaments, and off‑course activities.
• Coordinate tee‑time bookings, course use, and overall golf operations with the club.
• Manage team administration, including tournament schedules, competition logistics, and player travel.
• Integrate strength and conditioning principles or liaise with fitness specialists.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and performance.
• Promote JAGA’s values of sportsmanship, integrity, and excellence.

Required profile

• PGA Certified Professional (or equivalent international golf credential).
• Proven experience coaching junior, collegiate, or academy‑level golfers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work within an international, multicultural team.
• Valid driver’s license; First Aid and Child Protection certification preferred.
