Grader Operator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Grader Operator will operate motor graders to grade and level road surfaces, clear debris, and ensure correct slopes and elevations while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate motor graders to grade, level and finish road surfaces.
• Clear debris and maintain proper slopes and elevations on site.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the grader.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with the site crew to meet project milestones efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum three‑year‑old operator’s license.
• Valid grader operator’s license or relevant certifications.
• Prior experience in road construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in grading work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating grader machines.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations for construction and roadwork.
