About the role

We are seeking dynamic UAE Nationals to start their professional journey as Graduate Associates within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The role offers exposure to multiple business areas, including real estate, finance, procurement, risk, information technology, business development and property development.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects across the listed business functions.
• Collaborate with senior teams to deliver analytical and operational tasks.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency within DIFC.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a family book.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Innovation, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum academic GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated passion and initiative through academic, professional or extracurricular achievements.
