About the role

This Graduate Development Engineer program offers recent engineering graduates a structured training pathway at our Barakah site. You will combine classroom learning with hands‑on tasks to build the competencies required for a career in engineering development.

Key responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled generic and function‑specific training sessions on time.
• Collaborate with peers to complete group training activities and projects.
• Observe demonstrations of best practices and apply them to your own work.
• Prepare for and successfully pass training‑related tests and assessments.
• Perform assigned practical tasks to the required standard.
• Continuously review personal competency and seek additional support when needed.
• Follow all health, safety, security, and crisis‑management policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, waste elimination, and quality management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• IELTS score of 6.0 achieved within the six months prior to hiring.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop technical competence, and work safely.
