Graduate Development Engineer – Training Program

About the role

The Graduate Development Engineer role is a structured training program designed to develop engineering talent within Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. The successful candidate will undergo both generic and function‑specific training, gaining hands‑on experience in nuclear energy projects while adhering to health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled generic and function‑specific training sessions punctually.
• Collaborate with peers to complete group training activities.
• Observe and apply best‑practice demonstrations in the workplace.
• Prepare for and successfully pass training‑related tests and assessments.
• Perform assigned tasks to the required standard during practical training.
• Continuously review personal competency and seek additional support when needed.
• Pursue further training to enhance competency in the assigned function.
• Follow all health, safety, security, crisis management and business continuity policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, quality management and adherence to Nawah Fundamentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• IELTS score of 6.0 obtained within the six months prior to hiring.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and security standards.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and improvement.
