Graduate Engineer – Dubai Project

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join a key project in Dubai. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week, offering hands‑on learning and mentorship from experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development of engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation under senior guidance.
• Support day‑to‑day project activities such as data collection, analysis, reporting and preparation of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including design, project controls, construction and stakeholder management—to ensure project progress.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to quality‑assurance activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety guidelines.
• Prepare presentations, reports and updates for internal teams or external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture or related) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen interest in engineering design and project delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
