Graduate Engineer – Nuclear and Energy Projects

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join its nuclear business in Abu Dhabi. This role offers exposure to nuclear energy, power generation, clean‑energy technologies and engineering consultancy while providing structured training and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and project teams in delivering nuclear, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering studies, feasibility assessments, technical evaluations and design reviews.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, risk assessment and performance monitoring.
• Support compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong academic performance and interest in the energy sector.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
