About the role
IDOM is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi office as a Support Assistant. This entry‑level position offers recent engineering graduates the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a multinational consulting and engineering environment while providing essential administrative support to project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and project records.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow‑up actions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Support client, supplier portals, and vendor registration and pre‑qualification activities.
- Assist with project documentation, data entry, and record management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Fresh graduate (0‑1 year of experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
