Graduate Finance Program – Emirati Talent

About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ Asset Management Business Unit as a Finance Graduate. Over an 18‑month programme you will rotate through various support functions and spend a focused twelve‑month placement in Marketing, gaining hands‑on experience in the shopping‑mall industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations across finance and business support areas.
• Assist with project management, development tasks and deliver presentations.
• Participate in business challenges and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.
• Engage in development programmes, training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, graduated 2023 or later.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal proficiency.
