Graduate Finance Trainee Programme

About the role

Seddiqi Holding is seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join its Finance team as a Graduate Trainee. The role offers exposure to a variety of finance projects and the chance to develop professional skills within a respected family business.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in department initiatives, team meetings, trainings and internal projects.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to support business reports and presentations.
• Enter and maintain data in databases, organise electronic files and ensure timely communication across departments.
• Analyse existing policies and processes, propose improvements and present findings to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
