Graduate Officer – Banking (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking recent Emirati graduates to join Commercial Bank International as Graduate Officers. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to start a professional banking career by supporting core operations and gaining exposure to the bank’s systems, procedures and regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry, prepare reports and handle administrative tasks that support internal decision‑making.
• Analyse transactions, customer data or financial reports according to the department’s focus.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and operational standards.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and compliance standards.
• Support the rollout of new systems, policies or initiatives as directed.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to the bank’s code of conduct and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, International Studies, Data Science, Cybersecurity or related fields.
• Graduated within the past 1–2 years with no prior banking experience.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, initiative‑taking and strong analytical thinking.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
