About the role

Join Worley as a Graduate Procurement professional, supporting procurement and subcontract management activities under close supervision. This entry‑level position offers exposure to corporate and project procurement processes across the energy and resources sector.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with company and project purchasing policies within delegated authority limits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely provision of third‑party services, materials and equipment.
• Identify, develop and recommend supply sources; solicit suppliers, receive quotations and negotiate orders.
• Manage supplier documentation, including insurance guarantees and technical engineering information, and distribute to stakeholders.
• Liaise with Quality, Logistics and Materials Management teams to support timely delivery of goods.
• Process documentation required for supplier invoice approval in line with purchase‑order requirements.
