Graduate Product Designer Programme 2027

About the role

Revolut is looking for ambitious graduates to join its 12‑month Graduate Product Designer Programme starting in 2027. You will work on real fintech products, shaping end‑to‑end experiences and turning complex problems into simple, beautiful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems.
• Research user needs and share insights that guide design decisions.
• Design end‑to‑end flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Run customer testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design solutions.
• Review product performance after release and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to launch a career in fintech product design.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE or the UK.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with around three days per week in the office.
