Graduate Property Consultant

About the role

We are seeking ambitious final‑year students and recent graduates to join our Dubai‑based Graduate Programme as Property Consultants. You will work directly with buyers and investors, helping them navigate both off‑plan developments and secondary‑market opportunities in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored advice.
• Promote off‑plan projects and secondary‑market listings, staying current on new launches and resale trends.
• Conduct market research and prepare client‑focused presentations.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio, generating leads through daily support and marketing resources.
• Attend developer presentations, property viewings, industry events, and networking roadshows.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full sales process.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or Entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service mindset.
• Motivated, self‑driven and eager to achieve sales targets.
