Graduate Trainee Program – First Line Supervisor

About the role

Our 18‑month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop UAE nationals into first‑line supervisors. Trainees receive a blend of on‑the‑job training, technical skill development and leadership coaching, culminating in placement in their target position.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a one‑month familiarisation across the designated department to understand core functions.
• Undertake on‑the‑job training aligned with the target supervisory role for the remaining period.
• Participate in technical skills development and management/leadership competency programmes.
• Engage with an assigned mentor and attend regular progress‑review meetings.
• Prepare a customised development plan in collaboration with supervisors.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Maximum 2‑3 years of experience; fresh graduates preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
