Graphic Design Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Graphic Design Lead to join its creative team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive the visual direction of a wide range of projects, delivering compelling graphics across multiple media while mentoring a team of designers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a dynamic team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high‑quality reports, boards, presentations, and visual assets.
• Create sophisticated templates and complex layouts that adhere to Parsons and client brand guidelines.
• Produce reproduction‑ready graphics such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, posters, signs, and certificates.
• Develop sketch renders, motion graphics, and animations for early‑stage concept communication and digital presentations.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior designers, provide art direction, and maintain consistency with brand identity.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage complex design projects.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with SketchUp and Lumion.
