Graphic Designer – Branding & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to shape our brand’s visual identity across marketing, product, and corporate communications. The role will work closely with Marketing, Product, HR and Business teams to translate concepts into compelling graphics for digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as social media creatives, digital ads, emailers, brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
• Create visual assets for corporate communications, investor presentations, reports and internal initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to design website, landing page and mobile app graphics.
• Produce infographics, illustrations, icons and other visual elements that simplify complex financial and technology concepts.
• Support event branding, exhibition materials and corporate campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, fintech industry standards and emerging creative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in FinTech, financial services, technology or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, presentation and visual communication work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using modern design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to design for digital platforms, websites, social media and mobile applications.
