Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to develop marketing materials that reflect our brand’s image and drive hotel revenue. You will work closely with marketing managers and operational teams to deliver visual solutions for advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including ads, collateral, signage, flash pieces, e‑brochures and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and other departments to conceptualise and execute design solutions.
• Maintain awareness of customer demographics to ensure appropriate visual style for promotions and events.
• Monitor project progress, manage files and archives, and communicate status updates to the marketing team.
• Execute production tasks such as printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional appearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on graphic design experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb and remain seated, standing or walking for extended periods.
