Graphic Designer – Financial Services & Capital Markets

About the role

Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support its marketing and business development initiatives within the financial services and capital markets sector. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compliant marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Create webinar posters, event branding, brochures, flyers, and corporate presentations.
• Develop infographics covering financial markets, investment products, economic events, and market outlooks.
• Produce exhibition and promotional materials, including standees, banners, and booth graphics.
• Collaborate with the DOP and video team to produce thumbnails, reel covers, and motion‑graphics assets.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain consistency of the Aetram Finserv brand identity across all channels.
• Support sales, business development, and product teams with campaign and lead‑generation creatives.
• Deliver time‑sensitive assets for market events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Preferably experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, banking, or investment industries.
• Strong visual communication, storytelling, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and curiosity for market developments.
