Graphic Designer for Luxury Hotel Brand

About the role

Rixos is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its marketing and communications efforts across its luxury hotel portfolio. You will work closely with the PR and Marketing Managers to produce high‑impact visual assets that enhance the brand’s presence locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate marketing communications materials, including advertising, promotions, public relations collateral and digital assets.
• Design print, packaging, branding, typography and digital graphics that align with Rixos brand standards.
• Art‑direct photo shoots, both in‑studio and on location, to create compelling visual content.
• Handle incoming calls, attend departmental meetings, and represent the hotel at major events as required.
• Ensure compliance with Rixos Marketing and Sales policies, maintain confidentiality and promote inter‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong conceptual thinker with a solid background in print, packaging, branding, typography and digital design.
• Experience in studio and location photography and art direction.
• Flexible and able to adapt to fluctuating workloads and occasional extended hours.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude that reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Mac OS operating system familiarity.
