Graphic Designer Intern

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to join its Public Relations & Marketing team. You will support the creation and execution of visual communications that reflect the hotel’s luxury brand and Asian heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop master visual concepts aligned with creative briefs and campaign objectives.
• Produce design assets for collateral, advertisements, brochures, signage, presentations and other touchpoints.
• Provide day‑to‑day art‑working support to various hotel departments.
• Monitor project progress, update status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to Mandarin Oriental brand guidelines.
• Supervise production of internal and external materials, managing relationships with printers and suppliers.
• Coordinate installation and removal of promotional displays within the hotel.
• Update databases of design, photography and video assets.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a design‑related program.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity and a growth‑mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
