Graphic Designer

About the role

The Monad Foundation is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape and systematise the visual identity of its blockchain ecosystem. You will create high‑quality, reusable assets that keep the brand cohesive across web, events, merchandise, campaigns and more.

Key responsibilities

• Build, evolve and maintain brand systems – templates, guidelines, components and iconography – used across products and teams.
• Translate briefs and Figma handoffs into production‑ready assets with clean typography, precise layout and proper file hygiene.
• Design with motion in mind, preparing layered styleframes for seamless animation handoff.
• Deliver multi‑format campaigns for web, social, email and event collateral while ensuring consistency across breakpoints.
• Create partner enablement kits that scale brand quality throughout the ecosystem.
• Establish clear pipelines – briefs, milestones, review checklists and export standards – to reduce cycle time and rework.
• Identify brand/UI debt, propose solutions and lead refactors without heavy supervision.
• Ensure accessibility by default (color contrast, legibility, reduced‑motion fallbacks) and pass audits for public surfaces.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, with a portfolio covering campaigns, events, merch, web/UI and design systems.
• Strong visual storytelling ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear graphics.
• System‑level thinking combined with hands‑on execution skills.
• Attention to detail, consistency and a proactive approach to improving brand assets.
