Graphic Designer – Luxury Hospitality Group

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its Head Office in Dubai, supporting a portfolio of luxury restaurants, beach clubs and lifestyle concepts. The role will shape visual identity across digital, print, marketing, events and guest‑facing touchpoints, starting September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, menus, campaigns, events and brand collateral.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with each brand’s unique identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Operations and Senior Leadership on campaign execution.
• Produce and edit engaging video content for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and guest touchpoints.
• Support new venue openings, seasonal campaigns, activations and special projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within luxury hospitality, five‑star hotels, premium restaurant brands, beach clubs, fashion houses, luxury retail or globally recognised lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across digital and print formats.
• Ability to create polished, premium‑quality assets that meet luxury brand standards.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, venues or business units simultaneously (highly advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
