Graphic Designer - Printing And Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with UAE experience to join our Marketing Department in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating high‑quality visual designs for retail brands, especially packaging, branding, and print‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging and labels for retail products, including boxes, bags, stickers and promotional packaging.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring correct dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup and supplier‑ready formats.
• Create brand identity assets such as logos, brand guidelines, typography, business cards and marketing collateral.
• Produce social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets, brochures, web visuals and other digital or print materials.
• Support product launches and brand campaigns with creative concepts.
• Utilise AI‑assisted design tools for concept creation, image editing and content generation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies, external agencies and internal teams to finalise artwork on time.
• Submit designs for approval and revise based on feedback, reviewing final artwork before production.

Required profile

• Portfolio of previous design work.
• High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong focus on retail packaging.
• Proven knowledge of print‑ready artwork preparation (bleed, margins, dielines, CMYK).
