Graphic Designer – Social & Digital

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer – Social & Digital who blends strong visual craft with deep social‑media insight to create high‑quality, platform‑specific designs. The role works across NNC’s social channels, collaborating with art directors, copywriters, strategists and account teams to turn ideas into compelling visual systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and animated visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Meta and emerging platforms, adapting designs to each format.
• Develop visual concepts from briefs, produce moodboards, mock‑ups and presentation‑ready assets, and iterate multiple directions before finalising.
• Design bilingual layouts in Arabic and English, ensuring typographic hierarchy, composition and cultural relevance for UAE, GCC and wider Arab audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting identities into flexible social‑media systems and campaign key visuals.
• Produce basic motion graphics, animated assets or short‑form video edits and prepare files for motion designers.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT) into the workflow for ideation, image generation and rapid prototyping.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or digital environment.
• Native‑level Arabic with strong written and reading skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Portfolio demonstrating social‑first design, Arabic/English layouts and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Figma or comparable UI/UX design tools.
• Generative AI platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling or Flux.
