Graphics Design Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Graphics Design Lead to elevate the visual quality of its infrastructure and transportation projects in Dubai. You will work closely with the Design Delivery Director and a technical design team to produce compelling presentations, reports, and visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers supporting large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Create complex, reproduction‑ready graphics, including high‑quality 3D renders, animations, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, diagrams, and signage.
• Collaborate with Technical Writers and authors to review and refine artwork and documentation for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement in visual standards and stay current with state‑of‑the‑art design tools.
• Review work of junior designers, ensuring attention to detail and providing training support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• More than 12 years of professional graphic design experience.
• At least 5 years of experience within engineering or infrastructure consultancies in the GCC region.
• Local experience in Dubai is an advantage.
