Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategies and policies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to optimise profitability.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support executive decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives across the organisation.

Required profile

• A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA.
• Proven track record in restructuring (mandatory).
• Experience managing operations in the EU (mandatory).
• Strong capital restructuring experience (mandatory).
