About the role
The Group Corporate Secretary will lead the planning and execution of board, committee and general meetings, ensure timely compliance reporting, and oversee corporate governance matters for IFFCO Group.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a minimum of four Board meetings per financial year.
- Prepare and file financial statements, audit appointments and related statutory documents.
- Manage compliance related to loans, investments, RBI regulations, due‑diligence, share allotments, foreign inward remittances and trading windows.
- Maintain trackers for statutory compliance, shareholder communications and related‑party transactions.
- Monitor and report on outstanding payments to micro or small enterprises and disclose directors’ interests.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
- Company Secretary degree from a reputable university.
- International exposure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, customer‑centricity, ownership and decision‑making abilities.
