Group Finance Manager – Aviation & Trading (FP&A, Treasury, Compliance)

About the role

The Group Finance Manager will lead the finance function across FP&A, treasury, statutory compliance, taxation, audit and commercial finance for multiple Group entities. The role requires solid experience in aviation, aerospace or trading environments, with hands‑on exposure to international transactions, supply chain finance, customs processes, import/export documentation and multi‑entity operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles, build financial models and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Manage Group treasury operations, cash‑flow planning, banking relationships and trade finance instruments such as letters of credit.
• Ensure UAE corporate tax and VAT compliance, prepare filings and monitor legislative changes.
• Oversee customs documentation, import/export transactions and resolve discrepancies between commercial and accounting records.
• Coordinate annual external audits, prepare schedules and implement corrective actions.
• Drive finance process automation, develop Power BI dashboards and support ERP enhancements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CPA preferred.
• Background in aviation, aerospace, trading, manufacturing or FMCG and exposure to supply‑chain finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate across multiple entities.
