Group Fitness Trainer

About the role

F45 is seeking an energetic and charismatic Group Fitness Trainer to lead its high‑energy group classes in Dubai. The role involves delivering pre‑designed workouts, setting up equipment, and fostering a supportive community culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and lead group classes in line with F45 standards, ensuring safety and proper technique for all participants.
• Set up and dismantle equipment before and after shifts, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
• Engage with members, provide nutrition guidance, and mentor them toward their fitness goals.
• Participate in events, trainings, and team meetings to stay updated on new workouts and activities.

Required profile

• Current and valid Level 3 Personal Training or Group Fitness certification.
• Valid First Aid and AED certification.
• Minimum 2 years of personal or group training experience.
• Strong English communication skills and an outgoing personality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of functional movements and HIIT/circuit training.
• Ability to deliver nutrition and lifestyle advice.
• Experience with equipment set‑up and studio upkeep.
