Group Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Group Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across a fast‑growing 3PL organization. The role oversees end‑to‑end HR operations for riders, drivers and corporate staff while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the HR department, assign tasks, set priorities and monitor team performance.
• Manage HR operations for bike riders, car drivers and white‑collar employees, covering recruitment, onboarding, documentation, medical insurance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure HR processes do not cause operational disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance and medical insurance requirements.
• Lead MOHRE inspections, audits and investigations.
• Coordinate payroll elements such as overtime, deductions and incentives.
• Track performance KPIs (attendance, punctuality, productivity) and handle incident and disciplinary cases.

Required profile

• Extensive HR management experience in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing or other high‑volume workforce environments.
• Energetic, proactive and able to thrive in a start‑up atmosphere.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills, capable of guiding HR coordinators and rider captains.
• Ability to enforce discipline while maintaining morale.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with HRMS and attendance systems.
• Payroll coordination (OT, deductions, incentives).
• Performance KPI tracking.
• Incident and disciplinary case handling.
• UAE labour law compliance.
