Group Product Manager

About the role

The Group Product Manager will lead the product discovery lifecycle for aviation solutions, identifying new product opportunities and guiding concept development to meet commercial objectives. You will approve roadmaps, budgets and pricing, ensuring the delivery of engaging, user‑focused products that align with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and delivery activities, grooming it with the development team.
• Guide sprint planning, remove roadblocks and ensure stories meet the definition of ready with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog items together with the Product Manager to match product vision and client requirements.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver continuous value.
• Review UX visual designs and QA test cases to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis and recommend best practices.
• Represent ISA in client meetings, gather feedback and act on performance deviations.
• Provide coaching, direction and a performance‑driven environment for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong technical background with solid understanding of software development and UI/UX design.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Scrum (Certified Scrum Master preferred).
• Product Ownership (PSPO or CSPO a plus).
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II.
• Collaboration tools: Slack and JIRA.
