Group Product Manager

About the role

The Group Product Manager will lead the product discovery lifecycle for aviation‑related solutions, shaping concepts that align with commercial objectives and delivering emotionally engaging products that meet user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product backlog, groom it with development teams, and ensure stories meet the definition of ready with clear acceptance criteria.
• Guide development teams through each sprint, remove roadblocks, and monitor delivery timelines and performance.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize backlog items that reflect product vision and client needs.
• Review visual designs from the UX team and test cases from QA to ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, conducting analyses to recommend best practices.
• Represent ISA in client meetings, gather feedback, and communicate product updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in product management, technical solution design, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of leading products through their full lifecycle and managing budgets.
• Strong analytical ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodology expertise.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Slack collaboration tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
