About the role
Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai culture, is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Groups & Events Executive to support the planning, coordination and successful execution of group bookings and events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Deliver memorable guest experiences throughout each event.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a 5‑star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurised environment.
