About the role
This hands‑on marketing position is based in Business Bay, Dubai, and focuses on driving the entire marketing system forward. You will work across paid ads, design, content, funnels, email, AI workflows, reporting and quality control.
Key responsibilities
- Build, review and improve Meta and Google campaigns.
- Develop campaign ideas, briefs, graphics and initial design concepts.
- Create landing pages, funnels, emails and supporting content.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase speed and quality.
- Validate that campaigns, links, forms and reporting function correctly.
Required profile
- Hands‑on marketing experience, not just project coordination.
- Strong judgment across ads, copy, design and conversion.
- Confidence using AI tools and modern marketing workflows.
- Fluent English and availability for full‑time on‑site work in Dubai.
Required skills
- Experience with funnels and marketing automation.
- Basic design or video‑editing abilities.
- German language proficiency (optional but useful).
