Growth & Operations Lead – UAE

About the role

Interweave is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to establish and expand its presence in the UAE and the wider GCC. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to build both the business pipeline and the operational foundation of the new office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the UAE, targeting high‑potential sectors and decision‑makers.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of consulting, brand, digital, technology and AI transformation opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships, referral networks and alliances to accelerate market entry.
• Lead end‑to‑end opportunity management from qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate RFP and tender responses, ensuring high‑quality, timely submissions.
• Act as the day‑to‑day representative in Dubai, setting up local operational processes, relationships with service providers and supporting recruitment.
• Map the market ecosystem, gather intelligence and feed insights to the leadership team to shape regional strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting or a related commercial role.
• Significant professional experience in the UAE with a strong understanding of the local business environment.
• Existing network or proven ability to quickly build relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of developing and converting complex B2B opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple commercial and operational priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools.
